AUDIOLOGY APPOINTMENTS Following our January Wellness Event, we were pleased to welcome back Salvatore Mazzuca from Precision Hearing, who offered complimentary 15-minute hearing checks and personalised advice.

The sessions were well received, with many attendees gaining valuable insight into their hearing health and next steps for care.

We look forward to future visits and continued collaboration as we support proactive hearing health awareness and promote employee wellbeing across Cambridge Business Park.

The Plan, The Future

Over the past month, we’ve been delighted to welcome students from Cambridge Regional College to Cambridge Business Park as part of a series of hands-on learning sessions. The aim of the programme has been to build awareness of the emerging Cambridge Business Park masterplan, and to inspire young people to explore the skills, careers and opportunities that could shape their future. So far, the students have taken part in a range of interactive sessions:

Guided site tour

Students explored the Business Park first-hand, learning about the vision for the masterplan and how the project team has responded to the site’s unique challenges and opportunities.

Community-focused design masterclass

This session looked at how places are designed for people and communities, and how designs evolve in response to a brief. Students developed their own ideas for ground-floor uses, landscaping and public realm spaces they would like to see as part of the future development at Cambridge Business Park

Sustainability masterclass

Students explored how sustainability can be embedded into a masterplan, from environmental considerations to social sustainability, as they adapted their earlier design ideas to be more sustainable

Student-led design challenge

To wrap up, students showcased their ideas and understanding of the site by presenting concepts for a new community space at Cambridge Business Park, sharing their creativity, ambition and fresh perspectives with the project team.

This is just the start, with more planned in the coming month. It’s been a real pleasure to hear their ideas, helping to ensure we’re creating an inclusive place where our community can thrive, and a space that will inspire the next generation.
